Trvde (Trvde.app) is operated from Canada. It is a market scanner that finds stocks with large price drops and scores their potential to bounce. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use Trvde, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run and secure the service.

Information We Collect

• Account information. Your name and email address when you sign up. If you register with an email and password, your password is stored only as a salted, one-way hash, so we cannot read it. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google. We never see your Google password.
• Billing information. Paid plans are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number. We keep only your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and your current plan status.
• Usage information. The number of scans and results you use, so we can apply the limits of your plan.
• Technical information. Your IP address, browser details, and basic server logs, used to keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to create and secure your account, keep you signed in, run your scans, apply plan limits, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, and detect or prevent fraud and misuse. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies and Local Storage

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. It is HTTP-only and is removed when you log out or when your session expires. The dashboard also saves your most recent scan results in your browser local storage, so they are still there if you refresh the page. They stay on your device, are cleared when you log out, and expire automatically after a short time. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

AI and Market Data

Trvde uses the Google Gemini API to write the analysis shown with each scan result. The information sent to Gemini is public market data, such as stock symbols, prices, and news headlines. We do not send your name, email address, billing details, or other account information to any AI service. The market prices and news we analyze come from third-party data providers.

Payments

Subscriptions for Trvde Pro are handled by Stripe. Your payment details are entered on Stripe-hosted pages and processed under Stripe security and compliance standards. You can update your payment method or cancel your plan at any time from the Manage Billing link on your dashboard.

Who We Share Information With

We share information only with the service providers needed to operate Trvde, such as Stripe for payments and Google for sign-in, and when the law requires it. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Where Your Information Is Processed

Trvde is operated from Canada. Your information may be stored and processed in Canada and in other countries where our service providers operate, including the United States, and those countries may have different data protection laws than where you live.

Security and Retention

We protect your data with encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and restricted access to our systems. No system is completely secure, but we work to reduce risk. We keep your account information for as long as your account is active, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes.

Your Choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law. If you delete your account, any active subscription should be cancelled first so that you are not billed again.

Age Requirement

Trvde is intended only for people who are of legal age to trade securities where they live, which is generally 18 or older, and 19 or older in some jurisdictions. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone below that age. If you believe someone below that age has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Trvde provides market data, scores, and analysis for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a registered investment advisor, and nothing it produces is personalized financial or investment advice.
